Tournament Configuration

Set the tournament size and scoring rules while the configuration is in Draft. Finalizing locks these variables and enables participant submissions.

Draft Participant submissions are disabled until the setup is finalized.

Placement points by final finish

Points must stay the same or decrease as finishing position goes down. Tied teams receive the points assigned to their shared rank.

Finalization locks scoring variables and opens participant entry according to the dates above. Supabase authentication and database policies protect administrator changes.

Entry Fee and Payment Options

Set the entry fee and the payment links participants should use. These settings do not store payment-account passwords or private API credentials.

The fee has not been configured. Online payment links are optional.

New entries copy the fee that is configured when the entry is saved. Existing entries keep their saved amount. PayPal and Venmo links open the provider's site; payment status is confirmed manually in Saved Participant Entries.

Download or Restore All Data

Save a complete copy of the tournament configuration, every flight, team, match score, participant entry, payment choice, payment status, pick, and playoff result to your computer.

Complete Backup creates a JSON file that can restore the configuration and all data later. Complete Report creates a readable HTML report containing the configuration, payment records, leaderboard, entries, picks, score details, and team directory.

When this package is hosted securely, it can be installed on a phone, tablet, Windows PC, or Mac and opened from an app icon.

Data Notes

This version uses the shared Supabase database. Use the complete-backup button regularly to keep an offline copy in your Downloads folder.

Participants and administrators use the same shared tournament database. Administrator controls remain hidden and database-protected until an approved administrator signs in.

Replace the placeholder names below. Existing participant picks continue to point to the same team positions when names change. Change the flight or team count in Tournament Configuration first.
